GPS Guided Guard Dog

The GPS Guided Guard Dog “Hunter Killer” prototype is designed as a safe deterrent for local farmers to use against large land based crop pests. I designed, tested and built the Mechanical and Electrical systems needed for Hunter Killer to operate. Hunter Killer works by integrating GPS navigational systems, accelerometer, magnetometer into a mathematical model using a custom Kalman filter to improve GPS positioning accuracy and determine whether Hunter Killer is within a set Geofence.
